From Andorra: Proof links Hugo Chavez-Terrorism

English Rough Translation :

The money involved Batllia environment Chavez to fund terrorists

• The Batllia maintains several bank accounts blocked have a double connection. A proven: their owners would be people from a broad environment power that moves around to the president of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez. And the other is investigating international scope: the linkage of this money, bank accounts would also paralyzed in other countries with the financing of terrorism. The investigation lasting several months ago and has its origin in America. The Principality, which has transpired, only have money frozen. And an ongoing investigation. In addition, following a recommendation, would have had to compare, at the time, the origin of money from accounts that were quantitatively important as people of Venezuelan nationality holders.

Money
The warning would have given the U.S. Treasury Department and other agencies for financial control of that country. According to sources, reviewing all assets in financial institutions that may have terrorist connections, the investigations were made in the context of the global war against terrorism led by the United States, U.S. experts found accounts with large sums of money that was as top headlines from the Venezuelan government officials, some soldiers of that country and also a handful of people known by the acronym PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons). Presumably the money came from the money of criminal origin and were used for the personal use of owners and, presumably, to finance terrorist activities. Directly or indirectly, gave them guidelines Hugo Chávez. According to sources, between holders of blocked accounts worldwide should more or less close relatives of the Venezuelan leader.

One of the first stations where the research was stopped Miami. Only here would have found that there were billions of dollars more than doubtful provenance and with possible links to terrorist financing. Tense yarn, U.S. investigators concluded that, at least, and apart from other offshore centers, accounts for the environment Chavez had in China, Panama and Andorra. Financial control agencies of the United States put the situation in the knowledge of the Money Laundering Prevention Unit (UPB). In turn, this body of the Principality, and following investigations for and certify the existence of the accounts and the information received from the United States launched the legal machinery leading to freeze accounts.

Of that money secrets administered by the environment would benefit Chavez leading terrorist organizations. Experts believe that among the international groups that could receive financial aid should Venezuelan FARC, Hizb Allah, Hamas, al-Qaeda, the IRGC in Iran or ETA. However, researchers have claimed to work with great caution in clarifying the fate of the money found in accounts of people close or similar to Chavez. What experts do you have much more clear is the illicit origin of the dollars distributed worldwide. Thus, it would be laundered money from, among others, drug trafficking, arms smuggling or large-scale extortion. An important role played in this regard should members of the so-called Bolivarian elite, businessmen who allegedly with the blessing of the president would have received government contracts very unorthodox.

New Poll: Hugo Chavez has near 70% of Rejection

According to a new poll, made by the Surveys company Keller & Asociados, one of the few that still doing clean surveys in Venezuela has shown, that this year Hugo Chavez has lost popularity dramatically and now only around 38% of Venezuela has shown some intentions on vote against with him.

But an incredibly majority  of 70% rejects his administration, even worst, 85% has told he was unable to fix the main problem of the country: Insecurity.

This note was gathered on Noticiero Digital, based on a report from Union Radio (Spanish)

OMG The Creativity of Scammers

Just check out the email that I just arrive, what a kind of ripp-off

------------------------------------------------------------
Greetings,

My name is Captain David Freeman a United States Soldier presently in Iraq with the safe
keeping squad. on th 4th of August, 2009 we received an emergency call disclosing some locations
and hide out of the Al Qaeda and Ayman al-Zawahiri forces. I, along side with 3 soldiers
proceeded to the location in Bagdad Iraq and as we commenced we had a shoot out with the
terrorists but they finaly escaped but as we searched the building, we discovered an unusual
bulge in a cellar, which I presumed to be storage room and as I proceeded to have a closer look
at it, I kicked a metal covering and found several metal boxes (6 in number) piled on top each
other and locked..

On forcing the boxes open, we discovered several armored weapons including bullets. One of the
boxes was filled with hard drugs and two to my amazement was filled with money. On
discovery of this money, I and the soldiers for close to 3 hours counted the bundles of the
currencies which amounted to about $17.5M.I believe however that all these belongs to the Al
Qaeda and Ayman al-Zawahiri forces, and because of this reason, I instructed the soldiers with
me to handover all the boxes containing the drugs and amours to our superiors in the US army
and agreed to keep the boxes with the money to ourselves, so as to help establish ourselves when we return from Iraq and also distribute some funds to various charity organizations around the world.

Presently, we have the money hidden in a safe and untraceable location only known to us.
Why I am explaining all our findings to you is to seek for your assistance and immense
contribution to the actualization of our dream of getting these funds out from here. We are in
desperate need of a reliable and trustworthy person who will receive, secure and protect these
boxes containing the money for us until our assignment ends here, although you would take your
percentage from the money and then keep ours as we will direct further.  Since Iraq is getting
unsafe and more dangerous everyday, we cannot afford to leave these boxes here in Iraq for any
reason and knowing fully well that these were funds used in sponsoring terrorist attacks on our
innocent citizens. We have no idea what could happen next as everything remains inconclusive at
this point. This is a true story of what we came across here in Iraq. I intend to include some
pictures I took here and my ID's issued by the government for you to know better whom you are
dealing with but I will include that in my next email to you.

I assure and promise to give you  20% of this fund before sharing with the other 3 soldiers when we leave this place. However,
you are free to negotiate on what you wish to have as your percentage in this deal. Please
assure me of your keeping this top most secret so that my job would not be jeopardized.

Please reply to my private E-mail  (davidfreeman4army@7ka.lv)

My Sincere Regards,

Captain David Freeman.

Venezuela military 'seizes ports'

Venezuela military 'seizes ports'

Map
Venezuela's military has taken control of key airports and sea ports under the terms of a move rubber-stamped by parliament a week ago, reports say.
The move centralises the running of the country's main transport hubs.
President Hugo Chavez has pushed for the move, describing it as "reunifying the motherland, which was in pieces".
Critics of Mr Chavez says the plans are unconstitutional, but the National Assembly backed them a week ago, saying they would improve essential services.
State-level governments in Venezuela have controlled the country's most important airports, sea ports and major highways since a move towards decentralisation began some 20 years ago, the AFP news agency says.
Many of the facilities seized on Saturday have since then fallen under the jurisdiction of state governments often hostile to Mr Chavez.
Power struggle
Soldiers were seen moving into major sites on Saturday, among them the port at Maracaibo, Venezuela's main oil-producing city - an opposition stronghold in the state of Zulia, AFP reported.
Facilities in at least three opposition-run states were seized, according to reports.
Since the government lost a number of key seats, including the mayoralty of Caracas, in local elections last year, there have been regular clashes over jurisdiction between local mayors and the national government.
The latest change to the law came just weeks after Venezuelans voted for a constitutional amendment granting Mr Chavez and other elected officials the right to stand for election beyond the previous limit of two terms.
The socialist leader has indicated on several occasions that he intends to run again for office in 2012 and has talked of remaining in power until 2021.

Caracas synagogue defaced with anti-Semitic graffiti

Posted: 01:24 PM ET
CARACAS, Venezuela (CNN) — Armed men forced their way into a Caracas synagogue, defacing its administrative offices with anti-Semitic graffiti and vandalizing an interior room where the Torah is kept, officials said.
About 15 men forced their way into the Mariperez Synagogue about 10 p.m. Friday night, staying until about 3 a.m., police said. They tied up a security guard at the synagogue before vandalizing the rooms.
Graffiti left at the scene included the phrases, “Damn the Jews,” “Jews out of here” and “Israel assassins.” The men also left behind a picture of a devil, authorities said. The men also stole computers and administrative papers or documents, officials said. They did not cover their faces, but took the recordings from security cameras with them.
